Method :
- Open the ends of the pita breads
to make pockets and place a couple of slices of tomato and two basil
leaves in each one.
- Roughly chop the avocados, the
remaining tomato and the red onion.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients
briefly in a food processor.
This is a favorite family recipe - the
fresh basil and tomato are perfect partners for each other and for the
spicy guacamole.
