Shortbread Swirls Recipe

Ingredients :

125 g butter, chopped

125 g icing sugar

185 g flour

90 g sour cream

1 tsp vanilla essence

3 tsp water

Method :
  1. Place butter, icing sugar, flour, sour cream, vanilla essence and water in a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Spoon mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle and pipe small swirls of mixture onto greased baking trays.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  4. Allow biscuits to cool on baking trays.
