Method :
- Place butter, icing sugar, flour, sour
cream, vanilla essence and water in a food processor and process until
smooth.
- Spoon mixture into a piping bag fitted
with a large star nozzle and pipe small swirls of mixture onto greased
baking trays.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until
lightly golden.
- Allow biscuits to cool on baking
trays.
