Method :
- Wash and dry the grapes and cut
them off the branches, leaving the stems on.
- Put them into a bowl, cover with
the sugar, spices and lemon peel.
- Stir the grapes so that they are
all coated.
- Spoon into sterilized jars along
with all the flavorings.
- Pour the brandy over to cover.
- Seal, label and store for 2
months.
- Shake the jars occasionally.
Serves 4 - 6
Spiced grapes are really delicious to eat with coffee at the end of a meal.
