Spicy Orange Dessert Recipes

cinnamon stick

piece of vanilla pod

whole cloves

white wine

caster sugar

oranges

flaked almonds

1. Put the spices, wine and sugar into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Peel and slice the oranges and arrange them in a bowl.
4. When the liquid has cooled pour it over the oranges.
5. Garnish with flaked almonds before serving.
