Method :
- Put the spices, wine and sugar
into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Peel and slice the oranges and
arrange them in a bowl.
- When the liquid has cooled pour it
over the oranges.
- Garnish with flaked almonds before
serving.
