Walnut Biscuits Recipes

Ingredients :

90 g

220 g

125 ml

90 g

1 tsp

1/4 tsp

250 g

walnut halves

vanilla sugar

oil

butter

lemon extract

salt

self raising flour

Method :
  1. Toast the walnuts and, when cool, grind in a food processor.
  2. Add the sugar, oil and butter to the walnuts and mix well.
  3. Then add the lemon extract, salt and flour, and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls and put onto a well greased baking tray.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven (190C/375F/Gas 5) for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked.
  6. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
