Method :

Pour the boiling water over the blackcurrants and lemon verbena leaves and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes, or longer to taste.

Strain the liquid into cups or tall glasses and decorate with a sprig of lemon verbena.

If you prefer a sweeter drink, stir in 1 tsp of brown sugar.
A warm, comforting fruity drink that will revive you on a cold winter's night. It is also excellent served chilled on a hot summer's day.
