Clove Meatballs Recipes

cardamom

chickpea
flour
minced
lamb
eggs
coriander
leaves, chopped |
Method :
- Into the food processor put the
onion, garlic, lemon juice, ginger, pepper, cloves, cardamom and
chilies.
- Blend to a smooth paste.
- Reserve.
- Put the chickpea flour into a pan
and heat, stirring, until it darkens.
- Remove from the heat.
- Put the meat and coriander leaves
into a bowl, pour the paste from the food processor and add the
chickpea flour.
- Mix well and leave to marinate for
4-10 hours in the refrigerator.
Serves 4 - 6
Serve these spicy balls as an a appetizer.
