Clove Meatballs Recipes

Ingredients :

small onion, chopped

garlic cloves, chopped

lemon juice

chopped ginger

pepper

whole cloves

cardamom seeds

chilies

chickpea flour

minced lamb

eggs

coriander leaves, chopped

Method :
  1. Into the food processor put the onion, garlic, lemon juice, ginger, pepper, cloves, cardamom and chilies.
  2. Blend to a smooth paste.
  3. Reserve.
  4. Put the chickpea flour into a pan and heat, stirring, until it darkens.
  5. Remove from the heat.
  6. Put the meat and coriander leaves into a bowl, pour the paste from the food processor and add the chickpea flour.
  7. Mix well and leave to marinate for 4-10 hours in the refrigerator.

Serves 4 - 6

Serve these spicy balls as an a appetizer.
