Method :
Roll pieces
of meat in the flour to coat on all sides. Heat oil in large heavy
saucepan or Dutch oven. Add meat and brown well on all sides. Part way
through the browning add the onion, salt, pepper and curry powder.
Continue the browning, stirring constantly. Add garlic, water, chili
sauce and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat, cover tightly and
simmer until meat is tender, about 2 hours. Serve with noodles.
