Method :
- Mix the yoghurt and lemon juice
together in a bowl.
- Heat cumin seeds in a dry pan
until they begin to smoke.
- Stir them into the yoghurt along
with the tomatoes, garlic and coriander leaves.
- Mix well and garnish with paprika.
Serves 4 - 5
A refreshing salad to serve with curries
and Middle Eastern Food.
