Chilies Shrimps With Whole Spices Recipes

Ingredients :

For the marinade :

green shrimps

oil

cinnamon stick

cardamom pods

whole cloves

turmeric

bay leaves

chilies

 

garlic cloves

chopped ginger

chilies

lemon juice

Method :
  1. De-vein the shrimps by cutting the shell along the back and removing the intestine.

  2. Wash and dry the prawns.

  3. Put the marinade ingredients into a food processor.

  4. Blend to a sooth paste.

  5. Pour paste over the prawns, cover and marinate for 1-4 hours in the refrigerator.

  6. Heat the oil in a wok or pan.

  7. Add the spices, bay leaves and chilies and cook until bay leaves change color.

  8. Drain the marinade from the shrimps and put into the wok.

  9. Stir fry until paste thickens.

  10. Add the shrimps and stir fry for 5 minutes or until just cooked.

Serves 6
