Chinese Sesame Shrimps Recipes

spring onions
soy sauce
dry sherry
clear
honey
oil
sesame
seeds |
Method :

De-vein the shrimps by cutting
along the back, through the shell and into the shrimp just deep
enough to take the vein out.

Keep the heads and tails on and
wash thoroughly.

Dry on kitchen paper.

Combine the garlic, spring onions,
soy, sherry, honey and mix well.

Heat the oil in a wok.

Add the soy mixture and stir for a
few minutes, then add the shrimps, stirring constantly.

Stir fry for about 7 minutes or
until the shrimps are opaque.

At the same time, dry roast the
sesame seeds.

Serve at once with the sesame
seeds sprinkled over the shrimps.
