Griddled Tiger Prawns (Shrimps) with Mint and Lemon Recipes

Ingredients :

750g raw tiger prawns (shrimps), peeled and deveined

1 large bunch of mint, chopped

2 garlic cloves, crushed

8 tbsp lemon juice

sea salt and pepper

mint leaves, to garnish

Method :
  1. Place the prawns in a glass mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mint, garlic and lemon juice, season to taste with salt and pepper and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Heat a griddle pan or nonstick frying pan.
  4. Place the prawns and marinade in the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
