Broccoli In Ginger Soy Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 large head broccoli, broken into florets

freshly ground black pepper

Ginger Soy Sauce :

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

2 tsp corn flour blended with 125 ml vegetable stock or water

Method :
  1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add broccoli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes or until broccoli changes color.
  2. To make sauce, combine soy sauce, ginger and corn flour mixture.
  3. Pour over broccoli in pan and cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  4. Season to taste with black pepper and serve immediately.

Serves 4
