Method :
- Boil, steam or microwave Brussels
sprouts until just tender.
- Drain, set aside and keep warm.
- To make sauce, melt butter in a
saucepan, add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Remove pan from heat and whisk in
milk, then stock.
- Return pan to heat and cook,
stirring, for 4-5 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens.
- Stir in mustard and mayonnaise.
- Spoon sauce over Brussels sprouts
and serve immediately.
