440 g canned
lima or butter beans, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp
chopped fresh parsley
freshly
ground black pepper
Method :
Heat oil in a large frying pan,
add chili paste (sambal oelek), onion and bacon and cook, stirring
constantly, for 4-5 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
Add beans and cook for 5 minutes
longer or until heated through.
Stir in parsley and season to
taste with black pepper.
