Method :
- Boil or microwave potatoes until
tender.
- Drain, refresh under cold running
water, drain again and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To make dressing, place sour
cream, mayonnaise, wholegrain and Dijon mustards in a bowl and mix
to combine.
- Place potatoes in a salad bowl,
spoon over dressing and serve.
