Ingredients :
2 10-oz cans beef consommé
2 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp grated lemon rind
paper thin slices lemon
Heat consommé, water, lemon juice and lemon rind and simmer 5 minutes. Ladle into soup cups and float a slice of lemon on each.
Serves 4 - 6
