Method :
- Put the blueberries into a pie
dish and sprinkle with the caster sugar.
- To prepare the crumble, mix the
butter and flour together with your fingers until the mixture
resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add the sugars, bicarbonate of
soda and ginger.
- Cover the blueberries lightly with
this mixture, making sure it is level, but don't press it down.
- Bake in preheated oven
(180C/350F/Gas 4) for 30 minutes.
