New Potatoes With Bel Paese and Summer Savory Recipes

Ingredients :

900 g new or small red potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled

180 g Bel Paese cheese

60-90 ml milk or single or light cream

salt and pepper

summer savory, chopped

Method :
  1. Cook potatoes in salted water 20 minutes or until tender.
  2. Drain and cut in half if potatoes are large.
  3. Leave small potatoes whole.
  4. Mix the cheese and milk or cream if the cheese is still too thick.
  5. Mix in salt and pepper and add the potatoes, stirring to coat.
  6. Sprinkle on the summer savory and serve immediately.
  7. Do not reheat.

Serves 4 - 6
