Ingredients :

500 g

375 ml

1 tsp

1 tsp

1 tsp



grated nutmeg



zest of half a lemon

Method :
  1. Slice the potatoes thickly and arrange in a gratin dish.
  2. Pour the milk over and sprinkle with the spices and lemon zest.
  3. Put into a preheated oven (180C/350F/Gas 4) for 11/4 hours.

Serves 6

These potatoes taste excellent with roast chicken. Nutmeg and potato have a great affinity.
