Method :
- Slice the potatoes thickly and arrange in a
gratin dish.
- Pour the milk over and sprinkle with the spices
and lemon zest.
- Put into a preheated oven (180C/350F/Gas 4) for 11/4
hours.
Serves 6
These potatoes taste excellent with roast
chicken. Nutmeg and potato have a great affinity.
