Shallot Vinegar Recipes

Ingredients : |
500 ml
2 tsp |
wine or malt vinegar
chopped shallot |
Method :
- Put the vinegar in a glass jar and
add the shallot.
- Leave for 2 weeks, turning the jar
every second day.
- Strain the vinegar into a bottle,
seal and label for later use.
