Shallot Vinegar Recipes

Ingredients :

500 ml

2 tsp

wine or malt vinegar

chopped shallot

Method :
  1. Put the vinegar in a glass jar and add the shallot.
  2. Leave for 2 weeks, turning the jar every second day.
  3. Strain the vinegar into a bottle, seal and label for later use.
