Sherry Pepper Vinegar Recipes

Ingredients :

280 ml white wine vinegar

140 ml sherry

1 small dried red pepper per bottle

Method :

Warm the vinegar over gentle heat. Pour over the pepper in each bottle. Allow to cool and pour the sherry into each bottle. Seal and shake gently to mix. Leave for 2 weeks before using.

Serves 4 - 6
