Spicy Pumpkin Dip Recipes

garlic cloves, crushed

lemon juice

olive oil


caraway seeds

ground coriander

Method :
  1. Peel and chop up the pumpkin.
  2. Cook in salted water for 20 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain and put the pumpkin and all the other ingredients into a food processor and blend to a smooth purée.

Serve 6

Serve this pumpkin dish hot as a vegetable, or cold as a dip.
