Place the chicken breasts between
two pieces of clear film.
Beat with a meat mallet until 6mm
and joined together.
Place the minced beef in a large
pan.
Fry for 3 minutes and add the
fresh chives and seasoning.
Cool.
Place the chicken on a board and
spread with the roule.
Top with the mince mixture.
Roll up the chicken to form a
sausage shape.
Brush with honey and place in a
roasting tin.
Cook for 1 hour in the preheated
oven.
Remove from the tin and slice
thinly.
Serve with freshly cooked
vegetables.
A relatively simple dish to prepare,
this recipe uses mince as a filling. It is rolled in chicken meat which
is spread with a creamy garlic cheese that just melts in the mouth.
