Chicken Roule Recipes

Ingredients :

4 boneless chicken breast, about 115g each

115g minced beef

30ml chopped fresh chives

225g roule

30ml clear honey

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method :
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F, Gas 5.
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of clear film.
  3. Beat with a meat mallet until 6mm and joined together.
  4. Place the minced beef in a large pan.
  5. Fry for 3 minutes and add the fresh chives and seasoning.
  6. Cool.
  7. Place the chicken on a board and spread with the roule.
  8. Top with the mince mixture.
  9. Roll up the chicken to form a sausage shape.
  10. Brush with honey and place in a roasting tin.
  11. Cook for 1 hour in the preheated oven.
  12. Remove from the tin and slice thinly.
  13. Serve with freshly cooked vegetables.

A relatively simple dish to prepare, this recipe uses mince as a filling. It is rolled in chicken meat which is spread with a creamy garlic cheese that just melts in the mouth.
