Pepper and Garlic Chicken Recipes

For the marinade :

pepper
garlic
cloves, crushed
salt
mint
leaves, chopped
orange
juice |
Method :
- Cut the chicken into ten pieces, and remove the
fat and the skin if you wish.
- Put the rest of the ingredients into a food
processor and blend to a smooth paste.
- Rub it all over the chicken and leave to marinate
for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Cook under the grill or on the barbecue, brushing
with the marinade every time you turn the chicken.
Serves 6
Serve this peppery chicken with rice and a
cooling yoghurt salad.
