Method :
Chop chicken
fillet into bite size pieces. Mix in marinade and leave it for 15
minutes. Fry rice flour in a dry wok until well heated. Add five spice
powder, dried chili and mix well. Let if cool off for a while. Arrange
chicken fillet on a dish. Sprinkle flour mixture on top. Steam for 15
minutes until done.
Spareribs can
be used to replace chicken.
