Baked Salmon Recipes

Ingredients :

4 to 6 Salmon steaks, cut into slices

8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, melted

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp grated lemon zest

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup snipped fresh flat leaf parsley

1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 lemon, sliced

Method :

Arrange the salmon steaks in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients, except lemon slices, and pour over the fish. Marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350F. Baste the fish with the marinade, then top with the lemon slices. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Serves 4 - 6
