Arrange the
salmon steaks in a single layer in a shallow baking dish. Combine the
remaining ingredients, except lemon slices, and pour over the fish.
Marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350F. Baste the fish with
the marinade, then top with the lemon slices. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or
until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
