Grilled Fish in Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

750g fish fillets

1 recipe Sweet and Sour Sauce

1. Grill fish fillets as described in Grilling.
2. Meanwhile, heat the Sweet and Sour Sauce.
3. Place fish on a serving platter and pour over the heated sauce.
4. Serve with boiled brown rice.
