Salmon and Spring Onion Recipes

Ingredients : |
2 slices
wholemeal bread
60g canned
salmon
1 tbsp
tomato sauce
2 spring
onions, finely chopped
2 tsp
lemon juice
ground
black pepper

Method :

Lightly toast the bread on one
side only.

Place the bread toasted side down.

Combine remaining ingredients to
make a coarse paste.

Spread on toast.

Place under the grill until heated
through, about 5 minutes.

Serve immediately.
