Simmered Sweet and Sour Fish Recipes

Ingredients :

800gram fish fillets

1 recipe Sweet and Sour Sauce

Method :
  1. Cut the fish fillets into neat strips or bite sized pieces.
  2. Pour the Sweet and Sour Sauce into a deep frying pan or saucepan.
  3. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the fish and continue simmering gently, spooning over sauce occasionally, until a fork easily flakes the fish (a further 5 minutes).
  5. Try not to move the fish around too much or it may fall apart.
  6. Serve hot on a bed of boiled brown rice.
