Method :
- Cut the fish fillets into neat
strips or bite sized pieces.
- Pour the Sweet and Sour Sauce into
a deep frying pan or saucepan.
- Bring mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Add the fish and continue
simmering gently, spooning over sauce occasionally, until a fork
easily flakes the fish (a further 5 minutes).
- Try not to move the fish around
too much or it may fall apart.
- Serve hot on a bed of boiled brown
rice.
