Herbed Veal Schnitzel Recipes

small veal schnitzels

eggs, lightly beaten

breadcrumbs

finely chopped fresh herbs

oil

butter

flour, for dusting

lemon slices for garnish

chopped fresh herbs for garnish

Method :
  1. Dust veal with flour.
  2. Dip in the egg and then coat in combined breadcrumbs and mixed herbs.
  3. Heat oil with the butter in a large frying pan over moderate heat.
  4. Add veal and cook for 2 minutes each side or until cooked through and golden.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs.

Serves 4
