Method :
- Mix the ingredients together and
keep in a sealed jar to use as needed.
- When making a batch of salad
dressing, take 2 tbsp of the herb mixture and add it to 1.5 cup of
extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup cider vinegar.
- Mix thoroughly and allow to stand
for 1 hour or so.
- Mix again and correct the
seasoning before using.
This dried mixture will keep through
the winter until your herbs are growing again. It can be used to flavors
salad dressings and to sprinkle over vegetables, casseroles and stews.
