Mint Chutney Recipes

Ingredients : |
|
125 g fresh mint sprigs
3 fresh green chilies, seeded and chopped
3 spring onions, chopped
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar |
Method :
- Remove mint leaves from stalks.
- Discards stalks and wash and dry
leaves.
- Place mint leaves, chilies, spring
onions, sugar, salt and vinegar in a food processor or blender and
process until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a warm
sterilized jar.
- Seal and label when cold.
- Store in the refrigerator until
required.
Makes 1 x 125 g
