Mint Chutney Recipes

Ingredients :

125 g fresh mint sprigs

3 fresh green chilies, seeded and chopped

3 spring onions, chopped

2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp vinegar

Method :
  1. Remove mint leaves from stalks.
  2. Discards stalks and wash and dry leaves.
  3. Place mint leaves, chilies, spring onions, sugar, salt and vinegar in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  4. Transfer mixture to a warm sterilized jar.
  5. Seal and label when cold.
  6. Store in the refrigerator until required.

Makes 1 x 125 g
