Grilled or Broiled Pork Chops With Herbs and Pink Berries Recipes
Ingredients :
4 pork
lion chops
60 g
butter, softened
1 shallot,
finely chopped
15 ml
chopped parsley
15 ml
chopped marjoram
15 ml
chopped thyme
Leaves
from 1 sprig rosemary
Squeeze
lemon juice
15 ml pink
berries, drained if canned
Method :
Trim some of the fat from the
outside of the chops and snip the edges to prevent curling. Combine all the remaining
ingredients except the pink berries. Spread 1/3 of the butter mixture
over one side of the chops. Grill or broil slowly 15-20
minutes on one side. Turn over and spread 1/3 of the
butter on the other side. Grill or broil again slowly 15-20
minutes. Make a small cut on the under side
of one of the chops to check for doneness. If not completely cooked grill or
broil another 5 minutes. Remove the chops and keep warm. Reheat the remaining butter and
add the pink berries. Pour over the chops to serve.
