Pumpkin Soup Recipes

pumpkin
flesh, chopped
oil
onion,
chopped
salt
pepper
ground
cinnamon
rosemary
milk
cooked
brown rice, sprigs of parsley |
Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the pumpkin and onion.
- Stir until the onion is translucent, then cover with water.
- Add the salt, pepper, cinnamon and rosemary.
- Cook until the pumpkin is soft.
- Put the soup into a food processor and blend.
- Return to the heat and add the milk and rice.
- Cook until almost boiling.
- Garnish with parsley sprigs.
Serve 4
