Ingredients :

pumpkin flesh, chopped

oil

onion, chopped

salt

pepper

ground cinnamon

rosemary

milk

cooked brown rice, sprigs of parsley

Method :
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the pumpkin and onion.
  2. Stir until the onion is translucent, then cover with water.
  3. Add the salt, pepper, cinnamon and rosemary.
  4. Cook until the pumpkin is soft.
  5. Put the soup into a food processor and blend.
  6. Return to the heat and add the milk and rice.
  7. Cook until almost boiling.
  8. Garnish with parsley sprigs.

Serve 4
